The Darlac Bypass pruners work on a scissor like cutting action and are ideal for cutting younger growth as they provide a very clean cut, essential for maintaining a healthy plant. Little pressure is required in pruning of this nature so the pruners are lightweight. These can by used on older cuttings but a little more effort will be required by the user.
